We ship orders over 40kg with a shipping company. Your sex doll is packed in a neutral shipping box. We take out transport insurance with the shipping company in case something happens. Here we have to tell the shipping company the contents of the shipment - but in order to keep this as discreet as possible, we tell the shipping company the content: Sports Equipment.

Shipping with DHL & GLS

For all orders under 40kg we use either DHL or GLS as the shipping company. Here, too, your order will be packed in non-printed packaging and then sent to you.

Shipping label

In order not to reveal any information about the contents on the shipping label, we provide a neutral address as the sender.

Shipping costs (including VAT) Domestic deliveries (Germany): We do not charge any shipping costs.

Deliveries abroad: EU 12€

Unless another deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 1 - 3 days, and for deliveries abroad within 8 - 10 days after Conclusion of contract (if advance payment has been agreed after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

If you order from us by 4 p.m., your order will be shipped the same day.

In addition, we ship from different warehouses to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
