Precautions and safety information!

Please read completely.

  • If you have any doubts, be sure to seek medical advice.
  • Caution is advised for users who have been diagnosed or are expected to have heart problems.
  • Medical advice must also be sought by users suffering from insulin-dependent diabetes or under medical supervision due to other cognitive dysfunction.
  • People who suffer from a serious illness or serious injury should also consult a doctor before muscle stimulation.
  • Muscle stimulation is not sufficiently safe during pregnancy, cancer or epilepsy.
  • Do not use stimulation on areas of the body that have recently undergone surgery without medical advice.
  • Avoid use on fresh scar tissue or on open or inflamed areas of skin, on areas of skin infected with or prone to acne, in cases of thrombosis or other vascular diseases (e.g. ruptured veins, varicose veins).
  • Do not place your eStim products directly over metal implants unless there is at least 1 cm of muscle fiber between the implant and the eStim products. However, it is possible to apply the eStim products to the nearest muscle. If you have any doubts, consult a doctor.
  • Precautions should also be taken if muscle stimulation occurs during heavy menstruation or if an IUD (intrauterine device, e.g. coil) was inserted in the same month. The same applies to the period (6 weeks) after a birth. We recommend that stimulation is only carried out in the abdominal and lower abdominal region after prior medical advice.
  • Medical advice should also be sought if stimulation is to be performed on areas of the body with limited sensitivity or on areas where there are recent bone fractures.
  • In all cases, make sure that the stimulation does not exceed the pain level.
  • Always reduce the intensity to a minimum when reapplying the eStim products during the session and switch off the device.
  • Cable connectors and the eStim products must under no circumstances be connected to other objects.
  • When connecting the cables to the eStim products, the cable connectors should be fully inserted into the electrode sockets. Make sure no metal is visible.
  • The device and accessories should always be kept out of the reach of children.
  • If the user is connected to high-frequency surgical devices at the same time, burns may occur where the electrodes or eStim products are located and the stimulator may be damaged.
  • In the immediate vicinity of short-wave or microwave-based therapy devices, the output power of the stimulator may become unreliable.
  • The product may not be suitable for simultaneous use with other devices. Suitability should be checked before use.
  • All accessories and cables should only be used for their intended purpose and in the manner shown in this manual.
  • Some cases of skin irritation have occurred, including allergies and acne.
  • To avoid infection, disposable electrodes may only be used by one person.
  • Stimulation current has a primarily symptomatic effect by suppressing the feeling of pain, which in turn serves as a protective mechanism.
  • When using all parts, please note that the combination of high intensity and small electrodes / eStim products can cause a current density of more than 2 mA/cm2 under the electrode, which can be very painful.
  • The long-term effects of permanent electrical stimulation have not yet been researched.

  • Please contact a doctor directly if any irritation, skin reaction, hypersensitivity or other side effects occur. In this case, stop using immediately. Irritation can usually be reduced by changing the electrode position. However, a slight redness of the skin under the electrodes / eStim products during and for some time after the treatment is normal.
